The City of Oceanside will host a pit stop at the City Hall Plaza. Omega Bike Shops will support a pit stop at Mance Buchanon Park next to the San Luis Rey Recreational Trail. Both pit stops will be open from 6-9 AM. You must sign-up through Icommute to receive a T-shirt.
